How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
And it’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
Like Sukanta has answered you to see this similar problem and mostly of players have asked this problem too.

@SueBeat Hi and welcome, Sounds like you have the issue that @Sukanta_Biswas has given you.
You can try disconnecting your internet while on this screen for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this solves the issue, but at present the only fix for this issue is to uninstall and reinstall the app. In doing this though you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
