@londonamber Hi and welcome, Have you tried changing your password recently ? Please see post below for information regarding this issue. You can try disconnecting your wifi while in the game for 30 seconds and then reconnecting to see if this helps, If not unfortunately the only fix for this error at present is to uninstall and reinstall the game, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERs or LIVES
