Level 3930 is a mixed level, you have to collect the ingredient and clear the jelly to complete the level. You really don't need to worry about the jelly or the ingredients, all you have to do is collect the keys. The keys will unlock color bombs which will drop down next to a yellow candy and red candies. Make sure you collect ALL the keys before you use the color bombs or the final key will drop down to the bottom left and it is much harder to collect from there. Once you have unlocked everything switch the color bomb with the yellow candy and the ingredient will be collected. Then switch the remaining color bombs with the red candies to unlock them and clear the jelly. There is some jelly in the left side of the board but it should be cleared as you work on collecting the keys.

Do the task on levels you know you will finish, or is pretty sure you will be able to finish without using lives.
Save up boosters, especially in game boosters, until you think you have enough to guarantee that you can make it.
Test the level occasionally, just for fun, without any boosters. You might get lucky. :)
See where the problems for you occur. They are almost always the same.
When you are ready: go all in
Because you have played the level before you will recognize if you get a good start.
This works for any level in CandyCrush.
