I'm not sure so I want to ask you again. Did you have such a problem after Re-installing the game app?

In such cases, If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. 

If you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress will be completely lost.

However, even if game progress is completely lost, there are currently a few ways our team can manually restore lost levels to you. Let us know how your problem started because we will always try to get you back to the original game progress, as it is very essential.
