@w3asel7 Hi and welcome, Please check both your device and game are up to date and that you have a minimum 2gb of storage space. Log out and clear the cache from safari ( important) restart your device and try logging back in and see if this solves your issue

@w3asel7 Hi Again, Only thing left if you have done all troubleshooting tips is to uninstall. As you are not sure if your device has saved your game with your new king account. It may be a case that you will have to get your levels manually restored, but as this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES and if your game is not saved and you have to manually restore you would not get your gold bars either. Other than this you would have to wait for next up date to see if that remedies the issue.
Do you have a add blocker or anything like that on your phone ?
