App won't open on iPhone 11

I haven't been able to open the game for 2 days now. Just sits in the loading screen. I've tried restarting my phone multiple times but it still won't open.

@hcremasco Hi and welcome, Try clearing the cache from Safari (important) and check your device and game are up to date then log out and restart your device and see if this solves your issue

Have you checked whether an update is available. Maybe the last update was not ok, wait for the next update. If you reinstall you will lose all boosters

I updated to the newest IOS and it still won’t open. I think the game is up to date, but not sure how to check. And I don’t know how to clear the cache from safari. Thanks for your help.

@hcremasco Check app store for update and clearing the cache in safari do a google search not a hard process to clear cache with instructions
