I am very sorry that you are having this problem.
Sometimes these are just temporary bugs and are quickly fixed.
Please could you tell us if it already works correctly?
There has been some change? Hopefully it has been solved and you can be playing.

@Paola_Modigliani Hi and welcome, There have been a few report issues with the game not opening up on apple devices.
Check your device and game are up to date and have 2gb of storage space free. log out and clear the cache from safari (important) restart your device and try logging back in to see if this resolves your issue

Indeed my IPad has 216 GB free space....
I never use Safari........
I have played yesterday during the day, and in the evening suddenly it did not load at all and so today.....
This means I have to uninstall the game? And loose all the boosters and prizes? done this on my IPhone years ago.....
Please HELP me! I have been plying since more than 10 yers!

@Paola_Modigliani Hi, Clearing safari cache is important even if app as i think some app settings get stored in there. So do this first, also check app store to see if any update is available.

Checked App Store many times yesterday AND today.... no updates at the moment....
Safari's cache cleand completely.....
The game does not go beyond the LOADING screen....

@Paola_Modigliani Hi, Only other thing i can suggest as you may need to wait for a new game update or uninstall is back you device up to the cloud. I have had to do this in the past when uninstalling and its the only way you can get All your stuff back, but we cannot guarantee this. I have done this myself with success, but if you just uninstall you will only keep your levels and gold bars if you have your game saved with a king or facebook account. As mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
