Lost my gold coins

Have bought a new iPad & moved everything over from old one (backed up to cloud before) but have lost my gold coins and my family a played with. Can any one help. Was up to level 3568 so reluctant to reinstall

@geegee2 Hi and welcome, As @Nix66 has explained what you can do regarding your gold coins but can you explain the second party of your question as i do not understand this

We cannot support backing up from the cloud but i have done this in the past and normally find everything carries across when i back up from the cloud

Try also disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook or your King account in the game if not all have been synced over from your old device.

The game may sync over with iTunes or iCloud and then not sync all in-game items.
