The DEEP STATE/Facebook DELETED my FB account, now I can't recover Candy Crush...

So Facebook DELETED my FB account during the election. I recently had to wipe my phone too because the [DS] was messing with me. Now I can't recover my Candy Crush account because my FB account has been DELETED. Can someone help???
