Games on different levels IPad & Iphone

Hi I wondered if someone could help please as I have previously had to go back to level one when trying to sort this out. My old IPad which I play candy crush on and supposedly backs up via Facebook but does have server issues puts me on level 940 but my IPhone shows me at level 300. I have deleted and reinstalled the apps, reset the network and it’s still the same 😔😔😔😔
