Save games lost due to disconnected Facebook

Hi there!

Unfortunately I have lost all my progress when logging in with Facebook. I used to have my progress synced with my FB account. A few months back I was cleaning up all authorisations on my Facebook account including Candy Crush.

This morning I reauthorised Candy Crush but my progress seems lost :( is there a way to retrieve this?

@MuppetDesign Hi and welcome, Firstly try checking your device and game are up to date clear the cache from your app store or browser log out and restart your deivce and then log back in with your account details and see if this gets your levels back

If not you can follow guide below to get your levels manually restored, but you only get the levels, your will get no gold, boosters or lives restored and each level will have no scores and 2 stars. So if possible always best to try get your original save
