Hello and welcome, please check that your browser is up to date and on the latest version. Then clear the cache of your browser and restart your device. Try to load page again and if this reappears try refreshing the page a few times as normally it will load after a couple of attempts.

@RosaliaSilva Hi and welcome , check you windows updates are up to date and clear the cache from your browser entirely. log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this solves your issue

If not try on a different browser or alternatively you can use the king.com/games via a browser or download the windows 10 app version of the game which is far more stable
