App suddenly won’t load on my iPhone for last 24 hours, cannot get past the blue screen that has the “did you know” section. I restarted phone twice, force quit app several times, and am up to date on iOS software and app version.

@taytays101 Hi and Welcome, There have been a few iphone users experience this lately. You seem to have done all the standard troubleshooting so all i can say is you can wait to see if a game update will fix the issue or uninstall, but as this is a mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES. IT is possible to back up your device to the cloud and restore the game from the cloud and you get everything back, but we can not guarantee this will work. I have done this in the past with no issues and know others have too.
