Why am I not getting rank?

I have uninstalled twice so as to get the rank but it is not still available.

@Sowmya_Meti Hi and welcome, I have asked this question to our CM and am awaiting a reply. Will update when i get some news on this.

I have lost rank and frame from King.com and Facebook game but not windows 10 or iphone app. So not sure if this is a temporary issue or maybe if it is being removed from the game

@Sowmya_Meti Hi Again, Just had a response to this and it is an issue that is being investigated, but currently there is no time frame on a fix for this at the moment.
