Can’t connect to internet

I’m on level 8623 and never had a problem with candy crush saga. A couple of days ago it began telling me it couldn’t connect...try again later. I’ve tried and tried to no avail. All my other games and apps are working fine, no internet problems. Can you help me? I really don’t want to lose all my game play or start the games again.

Sometime its happen to me . make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

How to update the app without losing levels? I have tried closing it and restarting my device to no avail.

Have you saved your progress through facebook or king account if yes then you will not lose your progress in any case.

Secondly for app update please check your device app store the latest updates of the game.

If you still have issues let us know the device you are playing and we will help you accordingly.
