@shais1 Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this solves your issue. If still at level 1 try playing a level to see if this forces your game to sync.
If that fails please follow guide from @kiara_wael to get your levels manually restored but please note manually restore you will only get your levels and no gold bars or boosters and all stars on levels will be 2. So if you can get your account back its better
