Game won’t load past the “loading” screen where it has the “did you know?” factoid. Never had this issue before. Please fix!
Hello and welcome, please check your device and game are up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache entirely. Log out if possible and restart your device. Then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If still the same and playing via a browser, try using another browser to see if you have the same result.
I am having the same problem. I get past the orange screen and on to the blue screen that says "Loading..." along with the little "Did you know" factoid down below. But it never advances past that screen.
I play every day and it has never done this before. This issue began today. I use the Candy Crush app on my iPhone 8. Both my iPhone and my Candy Crush app are up to date. iOS 14.4, CC 1.195.1.1. My CC updated automatically last night which seems to be what caused this issue.
I have tried closing and reopening the app as well as powering down my phone and turning it back on.
Hello and welcome, there have been a few I-Phone users experiencing this lately. You can only wait to see if a game update will fix the issue or uninstall, but as this is a mobile device you would lose any stored boosters or lives. It is possible to back up your device to the cloud and restore the game from the cloud and you get everything back, but we can not guarantee this will work. Some players have done this in the past with no issues.
Yikes! This is not a great situation. I had spent a decent amount of money on boosters over the last year and had a pretty significant inventory. Are you telling me that because of some technical glitch that can't be fixed my inventory of boosters might be wiped out? I may end up needing some kind of a refund or replenishment of inventory if this can't be rectified.
