The Misty's challenge is a test feature which means that it is not guaranteed to always be in your game. It is available to only a fraction of all players, or it might be missing due to temporary issues, but will return to your game soon. To see if it works, Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache if you are using a browser. However, even if doesn't, you'll get the event back soon.
For missing rewards, please contact Player Support with your Game ID, however if you did not complete it you cannot contact.
@KatherinaAnne Hi and welcome, As the Secret Crush is a new feature it can have some glitches . Hopefully this is just a minor issue and will appear back in your game
Try logging out the game and then back and restarting the app, then log back in and see if this reappears to you

Aside from the abovementioned suggestion, you may disconnect your device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for a minute, reconnect back your device to the internet, play a level and check your event tab to see whether it re-appears.
If it doesn't, don't despair and continue playing. The disappearance may be intermittent and re-appear again before the event end. Otherwise, just stay tune for other event/challenges that may appear from time to time.
