This is my third attempt to get an answer to my question. My profile photo from Facebook has always been on Candy Crush Saga. Today it disappeared from Candy Crush Saga. Why?
@MaryannB92 Hi and welcome , it mat be a connection issue. Check your device and game are up to date log out and restart your device . then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
I have already tried that. My device is up to date. Candy Crush sent an update and I downloaded it as I always do via the App Store. The problem started after I downloaded the update

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Problems with game - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
