Level 2284 mechanism

In level 2284, I passed this right now. But when I am writing this, something happened.
- There were two and four layers of frosting blocking the licorice swirls.
- There were 5 colors, which is harder.
- The mechanism is the swirls spawn 18 at a time in the board.
24 moves isn't enough. I think 27 will be enough to clear all 40 licorice swirls. Also, you have to refill these swirl cannons twice. Or we could reduce the swirls ordered to 36 in 24 moves.
