Hello and welcome, please check your device and game are up to date, if playing via a browser clear the cache entirely. Log out if possible and restart your device. Then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If still the same and playing via a browser, try using another browser to see if you have the same result.

Please ensure that your game app is of the latest version. In so far, I have no issue logging in to my CCS game. Also, I'm playing via my Android device and via Chrome browser in my laptop. You may try and play in other devices, if you have any of it.
In the meantime, the said issue is being looked into but no time frame.
