Try the standard troubleshooting first. Check device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

If after following the steps indicated by Freddy, the problem is not solved, disconnect your device from the internet. Turn off the device connection, not the router. Do it with the game open, when it is stuck as in the screenshot you have shown. Turn the device connection back on after a couple of minutes. It will probably work. Otherwise, go back and try again.
