Lives disappear. Ilook at the envelope and lets say it says I have 24 lives. I play the 5 I get when I open the game. I go to the envelope to reload and it reloads 5 games but when I look at the number of lives left its always ZERO. If I had 24 and reloaded 5 shouldn't I have 19 left??? I'm always at zero!

@Redhead9 Hi and welcome, this should be the case as long as you are not selecting all. Would try the standard troubleshooting and see if this helps your issue

Check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser log out and restart your device and then log back in. This may reset your lives but hopefully will stop them disappearing.

Lives can occasionally be lost with an update of the game, when the game crashes, after clearing the cache on the browser you play on or clearing the cache in the mobile app. The mailbox can also be reset after various technical issues either in the browser you play on or on Facebook. On mobile technical issues either in the game itself or on the mobile device you are playing on can cause that the Lives are being reset. Reinstalling the app on mobile devices or resetting the app on a Windows 10 PC will also reset the mailbox and all Lives will be lost. Note also that if you have a huge amount of Lives stored for some time and do not use them, the game can clear the mailbox to free some memory to improve the game's functionality. Therefore we recommend to not collect hundreds of Lives or saving them for a longer time.
