    @EhabAlaqqad Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and you have a minimum of 2gb of storage space, clear the cache from your app sotre. log out and restart you device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

    Also try while in the game disconnecting your Wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnecting to see if that helps. youy can also try changing from Wifi to Data to see if that helps
