Level 149 malfunction - want to make a complaint

Three times there has been just one move on the board at the beginning, no more moves , board shuffles twice still no moves tells me i have failed the level. How does one make a formal complaint here

This does happen and just one of those things we have to get on with at present, there is no guarentee that when the board shuffles it will allow moves and it does only shuffle twice. Not the greatest i know but always been this way as long as i can remember

Yes, it can happen. There are a few levels in every game where it is dangerous to play with the start booster or there is no way to make a move. It shouldn't be, but it happens. I used to have a level, there was shuffling after every move, more than 10 times. Unfortunately, I can't remember the level no.

Thanks to you both, it has resolved, I was just annoyed/frustrated, all part of the game no doubt. I appreciate you taking the time to answer
