Loading issues

I’ve been having trouble loading the game for two days now. Tried restarting my phone, force closing the app, nothing works.

Hello and welcome, please check you device and game are up to date and you have a minimum of 2gb of storage space, clear the cache from your app store.

Also try while in the game disconnecting your Wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnecting to see if that helps. You can also try changing from Wifi to Data to see if that helps.
