I have been unable to send or receive lives

For the last two days I have been unable to send or receive lives in Candy Crush Saga. My husband is also having the same problem. What can we do to fix it? We both play on laptops. Also why do you not have the wheel that you can spin every 48 hours to have a chance at extra turns?

    @CSharp4 Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue

    If not check Facebook settings under webs and app and make sure the game is active and notifications allowed

    If this does not work there is some people that are experiencing an error with sending and receiving lives, This issue is being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present

    Hello and welcome to the sweet King Community. Please follow the steps indicated by Freddy. As he has informed you, this issue is being investigated, so we would appreciate if you let us know of any changes you notice after following the steps. Hopefully it is resolved.

    On the other hand, the extra spins wheel, as well as all the functions and temporary events of the King games are test features that the Studio randomly throws to groups of players, which means that they are not always available and not for all players. .
