I have completed all the areas required in the chocolate box competition and passed the hard level 3 times now, but it will not let me claim the prize, please can you tell me how to unfreeze this competition

@fragglered Hi and welcome, please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Also make sure the hard level you are completing is the correct hard level as there are different types of hard level.
