Accidentally deleted game that was not registered to King or Facebook account

Hi i did what is up there. I was hoping that someone could help me retrieve the lost levels. I saw the website said that player support could retrieve it manually. When I called them they sent a stupid auto email. Some one please reply fast and help me

@Ashwin1234 Hi Again If you reply help needed to the automated message, The average response time is 3 days. You may get a reply a little quicker or a little longer. Thats not something i can guarantee you, i can only give you a rough estimate on response time as customer support is nothing to do with the community

@Ashwin1234 Hi Again, Please be patient and i am sure he will answer you. The CM do not work weekends and they are extremely busy at present due to changes that are being made to the community. I am sure he will answer you when he has the time

Freddy I have got the message from the team now but they keep on sending me Facebook connection issues fixes but I specifically told them that I didn't register with any account but I want to retrieve all the levels. Can u help with that?

@Ashwin1234 Hi Again, I cannot personally but i can ask the CM if he can do this for you but i cannot make any promises he can do this. Also you would have to be patient as he would only answer in work hours

Put your game ID on here and level you were on and i will see if he can do this for you.

Thanks for replying Freddy I am not sure what the id is but the level is around 190-200 ish and would the username help?

Freddy, what you are saying is that I have to get a new gamer ID so that you can restore the levels that I deleted by accident to this new account?

Hi @Ashwin1234 !

Your Game ID do not have any Facebook or King account connected.

Please connect the game to Facebook or a King account first. Then check the new Game ID on the account and let me know the number and I will restore the levels back to 200.
