I need An agent to help me . I got erased phone data then reinstalled candy crush saga . Unfortunately I forgot my Gmail password so I clicked on forgot password . And they sent me a link to my Gmail to recover password but this link is invalid and cannot be opened on any network so I can't recover password . I need agent help

Sorry you have this problem. We just learned that there is a temporary glitch with the password reset links. I'm very sorry, you must be patient, it will soon be fixed.

Since there's an issue with the link, you may try again and request for another reset password link in say 10-20 mins.
