@amyo Hi and welcome, If you have tried all the tips above and your issue is the same. Currently the only way to fix the issue would be to uninstall and reinstall the game, but you would lLOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES if you did this. Other than that you would need to wait on a fix for the issue, but it is a long running issue.
@amyo Hi Again, Try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect or try switching between wifi and mobile data to see if it is still the same

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
