Did you lose all your Lives that you had stored for some time?
Lives can occasionally be lost with an update of the game, when the game crashes, after clearing the cache on the browser you play on or clearing the cache in the mobile app.
The mailbox can also be reset after various technical issues either in the browser you play on or on Facebook. On mobile technical issues either in the game itself or on the mobile device you are playing on can cause that the Lives are being reset.
Reinstalling the app on mobile devices or resetting the app on a Windows 10 PC will also reset the mailbox and all Lives will be lost.
Bear in mind also that if you have a huge amount of Lives stored for some time and do not use them, the game can clear the mailbox to free some memory to improve the game's functionality.
Therefore we recommend to not collect hundreds of Lives or saving them for a longer time.

You should credit my lives back, I was using them at my own pace and I did not update anything. That is really the best customer service. Nor would it hurt you in anyway.
@CodyCharlie Hi Again, We have no say in how the game is run. The community is just here to help and advise. Unfortunately this happens and there are some reasons that King cannot control. All i can say although i know this is frustrating that free items are not replaced and all you can do is start collecting again, but do not store to many as it can happen
It is of course annoying to lose one's life. There can be many reasons for life to disappear, and it happens to me a lot. Try to find lots of friends who play and they will be returned to you within a few days.
You need to give me back my lives. Where is the manager? I am angry. You totally have control because you took them away. It was not updated on my laptop, it's out of date so I know that can't be done. Don't give me any bullshit about the games, you totally control them
