I am on Win10.
Three times in a row now I've had to quit the level because it is doing that thing where candies drop from the top in an endless loop, cycling the same candies over and over and over.
Can someone check this out and fix it? I should be off this level but I can't complete it because of this.

Level 8887 have no issue , please Log out Game and Log in again . if need it please check updated

And in this case, again, yes it did/does. But I got a lucky board and got past it before it happened again. They should fix this before anyone else gets stuck.
The problem has never happened to me either. Try restarting the app.
I did and it kept happening. The best part of coming here for help is being called a liar. Every single time. So fun.
No, nobody calls you a liar. A PC is structured differently for everyone, the fault can be in many other parts of the PC. Also a faulty update of the game. The error can also only occur with some players. Everything is possible. But you are not a liar because of that!

I also checked the level a few times and I found no looping problem. However looping issues can also occur due to app errors so you need to follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Cheak app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game app and Log in.
If the above troubleshooting steps do not solve your problem, you need to find the solution by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
