Lost all Facebook Friends

After the last update, when the Gold bars disappeared from the fast race, I lost all my fb friends, both on Mobile and on the actual Facebook game while playing through fb on Windows. I tried ALL of the suggestions mentioned in the help section - log off, restart, log back in, check FB permissions, repeat it twice. Nothing. Any ideas what to do? Thank you

@olyamt Hi, if android you will not lose boosters as long as you DO NOT clear DATA (boosters stored in data) iphone you clear the safari cache and also should not lose boosters.

@olyamt Hi Again, This normally happens if you have become disconnected from facebook. Normally the above will sort the issue. did you also clear the cache from your browser before logging out

I heard your full statement, yet I want to confirm once again that you have found the same problem on the Facebook platform?

@Freddy_Falkner I have not cleared a cache. I am afraid if I clear the cache IN my app on mobile (not a browser but the actual app) I will lose all my boosters since they are saved to the device.

@Sukanta_Biswas Yes, the problem was the same on FB platform.

BUT, I think you just sent some magic CC elves to my account, because I just reloaded a game both on FB platform and on mobile without doing any additional steps, and all the friends are back! I tried for an hour before making this post. 🤷‍♀️
