Not receiving freebies

My free lives have disappeared. I don’t get any freebies when I pass a level and nothing from the team wins whom I play with. What’s happening

@chunkymo Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue.

~Please note most features are test features so these are given to groups of randomly selected people and you are not always guaranteed to be in your game
