Not working properly. rocks won't explode all the times as they should when there's an explosion or a candy combination. Please help me. this is frustrating

It is a difficult game. Try to destroy the 3 cakes as quickly as possible. Take a look at the video, it only serves as a guide on how to proceed.

Here's an example of what I am getting. Img 1 I broke 1st level of the left rocks.
Then I get the explosion for completing the central part (sorry I don't know proper names in english)
After the explosion the right rocks break the first level but the left rocks are still the same. Shouldn't the explosion break one level for all rocks? Shouldn't I have had the left ones another break too?

@Natalia_Stiro Hi See what you mean and you would expect the cake explosion to hit one layer of both sides. Check you device and game is up to date and clear the cache from your app store. log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this improves your issue
