@dennisinoz Hi and welcome, If your account is an apple ID account this is pretty new and not sure how you can get your avatar on with this. You are far better having a king account or facebook account. As you can change you avatar via King.com?games or via your facebook profile
You can try checking your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in to see if this causes your avatar to appear

The Avatar is not being uploaded to your game, probably because of an internet problem. However, you cannot change the avatar directly from the game, since the picture you use in the Apple account will be your game avatar, so to change the game avatar, you need to change the picture of the Apple account.
You can change the picture of Apple account according to the following steps
On iCloud.com: go to Account Settings, click the picture next to your name, then drag an image file onto the picture. Or click Choose Photo, then follow the onscreen instructions.
