UFO
Stuck on level 3812 for about a week now cause when I hit the UFO it throws me out of the game. Have to take UFO out to complete the level so it is impossible to complete the level. I have played on my kindle fire hd always. Back up IS current and I saw others had same issue. Cleared cache

@JoyDiehl Hi and welcome, This is happening on a lot of the older kindle devices and have messaged our CM regarding this last week. The issue is known with the kindle devices and they are hoping to have a fix for this soon, All you can do at present is be patient and make sure you keep you game updated as the fix is likely to be in an update

I've received a few more reports of problems with the Kindle fire device where the game crashes as soon as UFO hits. I'm not sure if this is a temporary game issue so I'm asking you to follow the troubleshooting steps given in the link below.
Let me know again if the above troubleshooting steps don't work for you.

Is there a way to manually check for updates on my Kindle Fire HD 7? It is set up for automatic updates but because I can't I can't complete level 3812 due to the issue with the UFO activation throwing me out of the game.. Also would it be beneficial to invest in a new Kindle or is there a way I can access the game on my android phone. It's frustrating to not be able to play at all. Thanks foe any help anyone can me

Thanks for all the responses. Still waiting for the fix to the UFO issue. Will be happy to be able to play candy crush again and not get thrown out every single time I hit the UFO. Been 3 weeks. Having withdrawal lol!! May be time to invest in a new kindle, which I did a few years ago and it died on me within 6 months. Would not charge and would not reboot so that was a waste of money. Maybe I should switch to playing on my phone?? Thoughts anyone. ? Like to play on kindle cause screen is bigger. Thanks everyone
