@paigehcm Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date clear the cache from your app store or browser , log out and and restart your device . then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
Also check your Facebook app settings and make sure everything is active
If this does not work please see post below regards an issue with sending and receiving lives

Make sure updated your Apps,
and There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

If 2 out of 100 players have problems with the lives exchange, it could be due to another reason.🙂

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaOk i will contact support and see what they say the issue is as not received even a request for a life never mind received a life and i am fully up to date on all devices and more than 2 people in last few days with same issues.
Quite funny really receiving loads through CCSS just not CCS both win 10 app
