Not getting any lives

just within the past week or so I haven’t been getting any lives. I have a group of friends and we all give and receive lives to and from each other. They all couldn’t have just stopped sending me lives. Is there a glitch in the system?

and There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

@paigehcm Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date clear the cache from your app store or browser , log out and and restart your device . then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Also check your Facebook app settings and make sure everything is active

@Sukanta_Biswas So there is no issue with lives but i have not received one in this fame for nearly 2 months. soda get them regularly in win 10 game, but not in CCS on any device can you explain.

The problem of lives exchanges due to Facebook has been solved long ago. The cause of your problem may be something else so it is best to contact support once.

If 2 out of 100 players have problems with the lives exchange, it could be due to another reason.🙂

Ok i will contact support and see what they say the issue is as not received even a request for a life never mind received a life and i am fully up to date on all devices and more than 2 people in last few days with same issues.

Quite funny really receiving loads through CCSS just not CCS both win 10 app
