I recently purchased a new phone and wanted to activate the phone and download candy crush. On my current phone I have multiple boosters since I have been a long time player if the game. The last time I purchased a new phone and activated it, and downloaded candy crush I lost ALL of my boosters. My question is, is there a way that I can resume play and keep my same amount of boosters on my new phone. Please help!
Hello and welcome, in the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
However, you need to contact our player support to get the purchased boosters back.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email, or click the link below:
@robdan Hi and welcome, As explained above the boosters are stored on the device itself so when you change devices they are lost. It is possible to back your old device up to a cloud storage device and then restore your new phone from this, but it not something we can guarentee will work. i have restored my device from icloud in past and got all my stuff back., but this is the only way i know
