Not getting my launch boosters

I have spun the wheel booster twice in the last month where i have gotten the stars and ha e not received my boosters

The reward you missed from booster wheel was the Jackpot. This can be a problem for a variety of reasons, so you need to first check if your game is fully connected to the server and at this point you can also follow the steps below.

Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.

If you follow this you will not have any problem later but you should contact our player support for the reward you missed.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email.

Hello there @contirillo and good day to you.

I have the same experience as you before and usually that happens when you're not connected to the game server at that point of time. However, you are still able to spin that wheel once the server is back on track so I'm not sure why you weren't able to spin again because I could after I've checked that wheel when I play my game.

Anyway, if the same issue repeats itself, please follow the advise given by our Mr Sukanta.
