Hi there,
I was playing a great streak, when one of the lines of candy errored out... Throughout the whole level... So at the end I had to purchase gold for getting me a booster, to finish the level or my winning streak would have ended... 😔
Now being a fan of your games for as long as I can remember playing Candy's Sagas, that was a bit disappointing. I took a screenshot, so please check it out. Only after finishing the level, the line went "on" again.

Thank you for submitting your Screenshot. This is actually due to the app error, the problem can be solved if you follow the steps below.
Check app update - Logout game - Restart device - Open game amd log in.
Please let me know.

The game was already updated, because I play on a daily basis. So that was not the issue. Apparently it was something else.

I rather suspect that your memory was overloaded for a short time. Do you have enough storage capacity? Did you have other programs open during the game? ?

Nope, no other programs were running and I had more than enough space free. Even for memory, because I always run a cleaner before starting a game.
