Sending and receiving lives

I cannot send or receive lives from my iPad. Yesterday (for the first time in three days ) I received over 50 request - answered them all and it hasn’t worked since it’s driving me up the wall. Is anyone else having this issue? Of course I have done all the troubleshooting, app updates, uninstall reinstall, check the Internet, blah blah blah...

    @cre0420 Hi and welcome, There has been an issue with sending and receiving lives . I have had issues with mine for a few months. One of our Superstars ahs said this was fixed but not for me and my game is fully up to date and all troubleshooting done.

    I have currently messaged customer support to see if i can get some help regarding this

    Thanks for the input. It’s driving me crazy. I am on level 5625 and could certainly use those extra lives. I could not wait to play the game on my new device, I suppose all I can do is wait on the developers to fix the problem.

    @cre0420 Hi as stated i have the issue for a couple of months. cannot even click on envelope and not received lives for a while. So my guess its an ongoing issue. All you can do is keep everything up to date and see if the issue improves
