Why do I keep the game in wonder if if I did a reset to the cell phone all the boosters went.

I lost out of every 100 chocolate balls

And more envelopes and a wheel

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

Unfortunately, boosters are stored in the device instead of the game server, thus, any deletion of app data and reinstallation of the app will results in boosters being reset to zero.

In this instance, you have to build back those boosters. However, you may contact King Support team by clicking the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page for boosters that were recently purchased but not used to get refund or replacement.

Also, you may want to participate in the on going contest and stand a chance to win gold bars in your game. You can then use this gold bars to buy some boosters.
