Hello and welcome, the the levels are most likely saved on your Facebook account.
Try with reconnecting the game to Facebook so the game gets restored. If you have connection issues to Facebook, please click HERE for help.
If this does not work, contact Player Support.
First make sure the game is connected to the Facebook or King account that you want to use in the game from now on.
Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you you and manually restore the levels. Please remember to mention what level you were on and your game ID so Player Support can restore the game right away.
@dooberett Hi and welcome, If your game was saved with a King or Facebook account. Check yuor device and game are up to date , clear the cache from your app store or browser. restart your device and log back in and see if your levels and gold bars show
If not please see post below regarding getting your levels manually restored. Please note you will only get you levels restored and no boosters or gold or lives will be replaced and you will have no scores and each level will show 2 stars. So if you have an account its better if you can do everything to get the account back if possible
