To complete the Chocolate Box, I need to complete a Hard level; however, when looking at the entire group of episodes/levels (some 8800+), no form of hard levels any longer appear/are designated anywhere - is there an issue? Thx.
There are several hard levels in 8800+.
Make sure you are in the newest version. (in Win 10)

Thanks - but, very odd; no such hard levels appear on my screen I am on an iPad. I only see the completed level colors as gold or red, no blues or black. I actually recall some of the hard levels, but when I go to these, they too do not now show that they are the former hard level. Maybe it’s an iPad issue? I have tried to reboot but this didn’t work either. I’ll keep trying but nothing so far has changed the screen. This is indeed strange since I am pretty sure that some of the levels I recently completed were of the “hard” variety (based on difficulty) but yet nothing shows as such. 😖😩
It is strange. I have just checked my Ipad. The hard levels in 8800+ also have a hard level marking.

Try following these steps: -sign out. -clears cache -reboot device.
Check that both the browser and the game are up to date. This should make your game work normally.
Please let us know again if it has not been corrected.

Here is a screenshot of the last set of levels.
I cleared the cache, rebooted, etc. but still no hard levels show up. It seems this all occurred when the Events category was changed recently to a different format (see below). I am not sure how to check if I have the latest game version - don’t want to delete the app and risk losing all my progress? Thanks for all your help
@Sem2141 Hi Again, Not seen this before so not sure if an app update might have caused the issue, but had no other reports of this.
Will pass this on to the CM Monday to see if he can get game studio to look in to this
Thanks! Not that big of a concern, but it would be nice to know when a hard level is coming up (e.g., to use a booster(s)) or when I need to go back and complete one when needed.
Strange that you have no hard levels showing. If you're trying to fill your chocolate box you can change your quest.

I checked the episode and there are 3 hard levels in the whole episode.
The cause of your problem there is an error in your game app or your game app is not updated. In this case you can try to find a solution by following the steps below.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
If you do not find a solution through the above steps, you must find a solution by reinstalling the app, but if it is a Windows app then the boosters will be safe.

I have it in my Windows 10 app. When I clear the cache or the data of the Candy Crush Win 10 app, these hard levels disappear. When I log in to king.com and play Candy Crush, it is unaffected. It still shows hard levels. The app was in the latest version.
On iOS, it was also affected if they manually/automatically offload the Candy Crush app after being inactive for several days.
I can say for sure that there is no option to clear cache data from Windows 10 app. You are probably doing something wrong🤔
I went into Windows 10 settings, then the apps section, and I clicked Candy Crush Saga to go to advanced options, and terminate or even reset and confirm reset this app to clear the data.
You can only reset the app with the reset button, in which case your app data will be completely deleted. If you reinstall the app, your problem will be solved.
