@MsHanna Hi and welcome, This is a long running issue for some and you can try the standard troubleshooting tips to see if this helps
Check game and device is up to date ,clear the cache from your app store or browser. make sure you have a minimum of 2gb of free storage space log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
You can also try disconnecting your wifi while in the game for 30 seconds and then reconnect or switch from wifi to mobile data to see if this helps
As a last resort you may need to do an uninstall but if a mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES

@Freddy_Falkner and @aijaziqbal Thank you for your responses, but I have already tried the solutions you have suggested to me here. It hasn't worked so far. I didn't want to Uninstall and Reinstall unless i have absolutely no options left. But I guess that's what I have to do now. Thanks for the suggestions.

Please, before uninstalling the game, try to disconnect the internet on your device when you are trying to access the store. I don't mean to turn off the router, just turn off the device connections. Exit the game with the connections turned off and go back in; when the message because there is no connection appears, turn them on. Perhaps by logging out several times you will be able to solve it.
