Events!!! Help
my game does not appear any special events. I've tried to delete, reinstall, update and nothing. in addition, there is still a promotion for an unlimited time “candy chronicles”
that time has run out but never disappears from there. it seems that my game is locked in relation to the others. is there any solution for this? just wanted to play and participate in everything the game offers :(

Even after doing the standard troubleshooting process, events are not guaranteed to be in your game because they are given to groups of randomly selected players and might not be available at the moment. It might also be missing due to temporary issues. If you keep playing, it will return to you.

The Events or Challenge is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
