Why don't I have the episode race activated??

I'm at level 650, but I never had Episode Race active. Why?😥

Hello and welcome to the community.

The episode race is a test feature which means that it is not guaranteed to always be in your game. It is available to only a fraction of all players, or it might be missing due to temporary issues, but will return to your game soon. To see if it works, Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache if you are using a browser. However, even if doesn't, you'll get the race soon.

@yam77 Hi and welcome, The Episode Race feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems

To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

Welcome, newcomer; & at least you're aware of this feature.

But whenever you're being advised of features being in testing phase (or that they're a bonus), that's actually code for you basically being at the mercy of those tasked with maintaining the game on whether or not you ever get this feature.

And do not delete the game in an attempt to receive the feature, as any accumulated boosters/received game lives would also be deleted; see this & avoid creating other issues...
